The Master Electrician is responsible for executing and maintaining the lighting design for both the Medora Musical and the Gospel Brunch. This includes oversight of all lighting systems, power distribution, equipment maintenance, and the supervision of lighting crew members during load-in, tech, performances, and strike. The Master Electrician is also responsible for curating all follow spot cue sheets in collaboration with the lighting designer and calling follow spot cues during performances. The ideal candidate is a highly organized leader with strong technical knowledge and a passion for live entertainment.

Wardrobe Supervisor | MSC Cruises

The Wardrobe Supervisor serves as the central point of expertise onboard for costumes related to mainstage performers. They support installation, manage cast changeovers, fit and alter costumes for replacements, and assist with technical rehearsals. Their responsibilities include dressing performers, repairing and maintaining show costumes, managing show laundry, and handling various other production-related tasks, all while ensuring the artistic integrity of the production is preserved.

Production Stage Manager | MSC Cruises

The Production Stage Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the venue. Reports to shoreside RWS Global Manager, Production Operations, and on-board MSC Cruise Director. The Production Stage Manager will be responsible for calling the show each night, as well as maintaining technical and artistic quality control of the performances and events that take place in the venue. They will be responsible for Company Management related duties and handle Cast and Technician concerns. They will work closely with theTechnicians to ensure the venue is being run safely and efficiently and work with the Dance Captain to ensure that all necessary rehearsals are taking place. This role will serve as the main point of communication with RWS shoreside management as well as onboard MSC management. During installs and cast changeovers this role will serve as communication between the Install Team and onboard management.

Lighting & Video Technician | MSC Cruises

JOB LOCATION:

The Lighting & Video Technician is primarily responsible for the effective operation of all lighting and video related needs for assigned venue(s) and operations. Reporting to the Production Stage Manager, this role will be responsible for the programming of special events, running of performances, and general maintenance of the lighting & video systems. This role will be expected to gain a moderate level of proficiency in programming and running all servers for visual effect playback. In conjunction with Production Stage Manager, responsible for the safe setup, use, troubleshooting, and maintenance of equipment used by cast and crew within the venue, as well as participating in all set ups/strikes. Will act as the crew for the venue as necessary, and will be responsible for rehearsals, special events, running show tracks, including Deck, Lighting, and Sound as needed.

Automation Operator | MSC Cruises

The Automation Operator is primarily responsible for the effective operation of all automation related needs for assigned venue(s) and operations. Reporting to the Production Stage Manager, this role will be responsible for operating automation equipment for special events, performances, and general maintenance of the automation systems. In conjunction with Production Stage Manager, responsible for the safe setup, use, troubleshooting and maintenance of equipment used by cast and crew within the venue, as well as participating in all set ups/strikes. Will act as the crew for the venue as necessary, and will be responsible for rehearsals, special events, running show tracks, including Deck, Sound and Lighting as needed.

The Deck Track – Performer Support (Aerial) position will under the supervision of the Venue Manager. Will be responsible for the safe setup, use and maintenance of all rigging equipment used by cast and crew within the venue, inspections and troubleshooting of all venue automation and aerial equipment, as well as participating in all sets/strikes in the venues.

Reporting to the Entertainment Technical Manager and/or Cruise Director, the Broadcast Manager will facilitate and manage all daily Broadcasting duties and needs onboard the vessel. This includes filming, editing and producing content of the passenger television channels as well as operating and maintaining the vessels television and broadcasting equipment. The Entertainment Technical team on board will support the Cruise Director in delivering the entertainment program making sure the technical needs of the operation run efficiently and smoothly.
